Service Scope

Inspections are visual and non-invasive, performed according to applicable professional standards. The report reflects a professional opinion at the time of the visit, based on what is reasonably observable in accessible areas and systems.

Montreal Pro Inspection expressly does not evaluate, certify, or warrant hidden or latent defects. Our inspections are strictly limited to conditions that are visually observable through standard non-invasive methods at the time of the visit. We do not open walls, dismantle assemblies, or perform invasive testing of any kind. Any condition that is not visually accessible at the time of inspection is explicitly outside the scope of our service.
